A few things to keep in mind.
- We are in the process of reviewing the details of your order. In general, you can expect your final charge to be the greater of $32.95 which covers the first 20lbs of laundry or an amount based on a per lb rate which will be less than $1.80 per lbs. How much less, depends on many factors, including the total weight of your laundry. This is especially the case for Sheets , Towels and most other foldable items.
- Irregular items and/or laundry that require pressing or other special cleaning methods may incur an additional charge for processing. If you’re items require an additional charge, some specifics behind how the additional charge will be calculated, will be added to the notes section of your order. You’ll receive an email notifying you that an additional charge methodology has been added to your order. See order and notes.
- You’ll receive an email shortly, confirming your pickup/drop off dates and times. An order can be cancelled for any reason within the allotted time for cancellations. See cancellation policy.
